PEX department plays an important role on an operational level at our Assembly factory in Szczecin and take part in executing our strategy within production excellence.

Responsibilities

In close collaboration with local team, we expect that you participate and contribute in making the factory adhere to our Production Excellence strategy, and as a part of that:

• Support the factory in adhering to our Production Excellence strategy 
• Ensure basic lean foundations are in place, including 5S, Standard Work, Daily Management, and others 
• Collect and analyze data to drive future improvement initiatives 
• Participate in improvement projects across the Vestas factory in Szczecin 
• Promote and help build a strong lean culture within the organization

Qualifications

• Technical education, preferably an engineering degree 
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics, ideally within an international environment 
• Solid computer skills 
• Communicative English and Polish (written and spoken) 
• Experience in conducting trainings is an advantage

Competencies

• Strong cooperation and communication skills 
• Process-oriented and data-driven mindset 
• Excellent problem-solving abilities 
• A real "go-do" attitude and hands-on approach 
• Knowledge of lean tools and methodologies
