Process Engineer

Would you like to work with complex engineering problems, and do you have a creative approach to the next steps? We are looking for a Process Engineer with an engineering change management (ECM) understanding who has experience with visualization of complex machines.

Production Basis - Nacelles is part of the PE Nacelles organization. Production Basis is having the end-to-end responsibility for ensuring operational process readiness by verifying and maturing production documentation through prototype builds.
Responsibilities
- Collect all information and create the Process Plan
- Create and maintain technical documentation, securing information to fulfill and support on the Production Work Instruction (PWI) and Production Inspection Instruction (PII) creation and participate on the scope meetings (collecting inputs from DWG/OSOS/Build etc.)
- Participate in PFMEA and risk assessments meetings collecting inputs and implementing them in PWI/PII
- Validate PWI up against master data to ensure correctness
- Align the deliveries with the Manufacturing Baseline Package (MBP) request according to the project stage
- Create Control Plans
- Support Documentation Lead
Qualifications
- A minimum 4 years of experience in the production industry, or 3 year of experience with technical background on wind turbines
- Good IT skills besides MS Office, (Teams, Outlook; Word /excel); JIRA, VISIO, Windchill, SAP
- Experienced in advanced graphical software (2D/3D) preferably Creo View/Illustrate, Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with visualization of complex machines and Mechanical / electrical / composites
- Mastering technical input from technical drawing; Process Plans; control Plans and transform it to easy-to-understand procedural instructions
- Good knowledge of NCR and ECM (engineering change management) processes
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes. (Shopfloor knowledge by area)

- Good communication skills with high proficiency in English and Polish (both in writing and orally)

- Good quality mindset (do it right the first time and every time) and Cultural understanding (global interfaces to colleagues all over the world)
