At Vestas, the Plant Director’s Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations across various departments. This position supports the Plant Director and Factory Management in administrative and organizational tasks, contributing to a professional and welcoming environment for employees and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate front desk operations including guest reception, PPE issuance, and mail handling
  • Manage communication and correspondence, including forwarding emails and liaising with the Denmark reception
  • Organize guest visits: invitations, travel arrangements, accommodation, and catering
  • Support infrastructure and facility services by reporting incidents and coordinating with cleaning and security staff
  • Assist in employee transport coordination: schedules, communication, and service quality control
  • Collaborate with the canteen team to ensure service quality and implement improvements
  • Schedule health and safety training for guests in cooperation with the EHS department

Requirements

  • Experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Communicative English proficiency (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • High level of responsibility and confidentiality awareness
  • Ability to manage documents and coordinate multiple tasks effectively
