The Vestas NCE Payroll department handles payroll for approximately 6,000 employees across 15 countries in Northern and Central Europe. The payroll team consists of 10 experienced payroll specialists managing time and pay.

 

Responsibilities

  • Processing salaries and wages
  • Managing and controlling the time system
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Ensuring accurate employee remuneration
  • Internal and external reporting
  • Assisting managers and employees with payroll-related matters

 

Qualifications

  • Relevant professional background and 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a payroller, payroll administrator, or equivalent 
  • Knowledge of relevant laws (e.g., Holiday Act, Tax Act, collective agreements)
  • Knowledge and experience in using payroll systems
  • Interest in processes and their improvement
  • Fluency in English, as you will be working in an international team
