Vestas NCE Payroll department handle payroll for around 6.000 employees 20 countries in Nothern Central Europe. The payroll team has 9 dedicated payrollers handling time and pay.

Responsibilities

• Salary and wage handling for Polish employees (white and blue collars)
• Salary and wage handling for other European Countries
• Time system – control and handling
• Maintenance of Masterdata
• Secure employees get correct remunerated
• Reporting internal and external
• Serving managers and employees in payroll related matters

Qualifications

• Relevant professional background with minimum 2 years experience
• Interest in processes and improvement thereof
• Knowledge of relevant laws (Holiday, Tax act, collective agreements)
• Good communications skills

Competencies

• We expect you to have experience from a similar role as payroller, payroll administrator or similar
• Knowledge and experience of using payroll systems
• Understands the importance of lean processes and deadlines
• Quality conscious and decisive
• Positive outlook
• Ready to join a team where we support each other
• Can work independently and structured
