We are recruiting a new Lead People & Culture Business Partner (m/f/d) being the Human Resource responsible at the Szczecin Nacelle factory, having approximately 700 employees working there. As Lead P&C BP you support the Manufacturing team on people matters, concentrating on identifying, implementing, and promoting relevant people initiatives that benefit our business. In collaboration with our P&C group functions team, including our P&C shared Service center, you are our P&C person in charge on site at the Szczecin factory in Szczecin. As Lead P&C Business Partner (f/m/d) you will bring business, change, consulting and learning know-how into a trusted partnership with line managers to create value and assist them reach their business goals.

 

Responsibilities

In this key role, you will contribute with a consultative approach and play a big part in, together with the management team, helping run and continuously improve a factory producing the state-of-the-art offshore Nacelle for a cleaner world. You are expected to:

  • Together with the business securing an effective organization in the factory
  • Formulate impactful people strategies by having opinions about what the business needs to do and at the same time being attuned to the human dimensions of our company
  • Bring support focusing on execution and fulfilment of business strategy by aligning and deploying P&C strategies, processes, policies, systems and programs to enable accomplishment of the vision and mission
  • Develop motivated teams with focus on decision-making, ownership of tasks and team dynamics
  • Being a change agent that diagnoses systemic organizational issues, sets the people agenda for the future, and create plans for how to make change happen and stick
  • Secure and support the local organization in following the labor law
  • Coordinate with the P&C Service Desk on all needed local activities

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources management, law, or similar
  • Several years’ experience as business partner with a deep and broad HR generalist background
  • Solid knowledge within Polish labor laws and legislation
  • Good business insight, with experience presenting to and influencing business leaders
  • Experience in designing and project supervising effective people programs
  • Demonstrated ability to operate and utilize software packages, including MS Office applications
  • Good oral and written Polish and English communication skills

  • Understanding, developing and implementing effective HR strategies based on a good understanding of the implications for culture, business achievement, company practice and legal standpoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proactive approach and idea generating profile to secure/support employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Ability to diagnose problems and identify & implement appropriate solutions with a can-do attitude
  • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize many tasks and complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • A highly motivated initiator that, after a solid onboarding, is able to work with a minimum of supervision

Additional information
