People & Culture > P&C Region NCE - Business Partnering Service
You will be part of a passionate team of 6 P&C Business Partners guiding the people agenda in the biggest region in Vestas. Your primary stakeholders will be Vestas senior business leaders in the Service department and your daily playfield will be a regional matrix organisation with a direct line to the P&C organisation.
 Our key tasks as a P&C Business Partners in Vestas are to work closely with people leaders in reaching their goals and formulating winning strategies by focusing on the right decisions, having informed opinions, and aligning capabilities to match demands.

Responsibilities
You will play an instrumental part with our people leaders in the Service Region Onshore East effectively delivering Vestas' strategy and directing the P&C initiatives contributing to a diverse and inclusive working culture. More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to

  • P&C country responsibility for several Eastern European countries, directly supporting the Vice President Service Onshore East and the direct management team in all strategic P&C-related tasks
  • Advise and coach managers on organizational design, induction, exits, culture, and performance
  • Provide effective resolution to employee relations issues in accordance with labor law and local agreements
  • Input to FTE forecasting based on budget discussion and workforce planning, and preparation and execution of local union/works council negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with local employee benefits policies and salary benchmarks
  • Grow our people pipeline through your contribution to the development, succession planning, and retention of our great talents.
  • Contribute to the realization of our Talent & Leadership Must Win Battle leading to an inclusive and diverse working culture

 
Qualifications
You are excited about delivering HR excellence to leaders of Vestas and have already demonstrated your professional experience as a trusted business advisor in HR Partnering in a large organisation. Moreover, you have

  • Ability to effectively navigate in a complex matrix organization
  • Experience with facilitating workshops and presenting for senior stakeholders
  • Experience working with blue-collar workers governed by CBA/local agreements
  • Experience from being a trusted advisor and good influencer
  • A proven history of impacting people development and organizational transformation
  • Proven effective history in workforce planning and talent management
  • General HR certifications are desirable (e.g. capability test, employment law, team development, personality assessment)

Additional information
This position is located in Szczecin, Poland, and requires travel up to 2 days per month.
