Assembly Launch and Execution is a fresh, newly created department, under PE. We aim to fulfill all kind of training needs within the projects, and we are focusing in:

- Projects like New Product Introduction or T. Transfers

- Develop our employees standardizing our methods across Nacelle Factories

Responsibilities

• Securing safe standards during the project and the training activities
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Launch Team, actively manage the team to provide continuous training support and be the single point of contact as Training Project lead for planning work and resources, delegation of Instructor tasks and team deadlines
• Track and review deliverables from the team and participate in Training Meetings as required
• Ensure effective communications to Launch Team Instructors as well as the main stakeholders on the project and Factories
• Develop and maintain Project training material and ensure its recorded into DMS
• Work effectively with other departments that support the manufacturing process such as maintenance and stockroom/customer service

Qualifications

• A base of ECM processes in Vestas
• A base of ERP System: SAP knowledge at Technical Support level, Understanding of documents, tooling and vestas process, Mechanic, electrical and Hydraulic knowledge
• Excel: data base handling
• Others: Power Point, Visio, Microsoft Project
• English written and spoken on high level

• Able to conduct regular One to One meeting with launch team Instructors for the duration of the project
• Able to listen and motivate team members, Coach and Mentor new/existing members of the Launch Team
• Able to set clear team goals
• Able to create a friendly working environment that inspires the team
• Able to conduct training of team members to maximize their potential
• Actively display managerial courage by proactively addressing issues and conflicts
• Able to listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
