HSE Management System Coordinator

Are you experienced in the HSE discipline and have knowledge of the ISO standards? We are currently looking for an HSE Management System Coordinator to join our team, who wants to take the next step in their career within Wind Energy.
 

Manufacturing and Global Procurement > Regional HSE NCE > Processes, Mgmt. System & Performance Mgmt. NCE
The Process and Environment department, within HSE - Health, Safety and Environment, is focusing on the HSE Management System and environmental support in the region of NCE - Northern and Central Europe.
 

Responsibilities

• Management system coordination for the supported functions; Sales, Manufacturing, Construction and Service
• Dialog with global HSE functions on management system development and implementation.
• Document control, version handling and update coordination - including hearing process in the organisation
• Technical writer of new system documentation
• Responsible for NCE Management System SharePoint maintenance. Further develop SharePoint platform to also reflect ISO-standard set-up
• Management system audits; perform and coordinate audits, and follow-up of audit deviations. Also in this field be the contact to global HSE functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an area covering management system focus
• Some experience working with HSE
• Experience of a multicultural environment is welcomed

Knowledge of the standards:

• ISO 14001 (environment)
• ISO 45001 (health and safety)
• ISO 50001 (energy)

Competencies

• Good understanding of English language, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of additional languages is welcomed
• Orientation in European environmental legislation and environmental legal requirements
• Good IT skills
