Responsibilities

• Be responsible for providing high-quality People Services towards our Poland locations
• Handle HR generalist tasks within the area covering: pension, insurance, social security, benefits, and local documentation requirements
• Distribute and edit P&C Service desk tickets from and via ServiceNow
• Support internal P&C stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Payroll in various aspects
• Support the business such as employees, managers, and external providers. 
• Handle Regional HR reports
• Secure a high level of service and support

Qualifications

To qualify for the position, you should have

• Experience with working with SuccessFactors, SAP or similar HR system
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint e.g.)
• Fluent in English both spoken and in writing
• Experience from a similar HR position
• Bachelor's Degree with a major in Human Resources or related areas
• Ideally experience from working in an international company/matrix organization with high complexity
