The Facility Maintenance Department is responsible for ensuring the operational reliability and safety of all infrastructure and technical systems. The team manages preventive and corrective maintenance, modernization projects, and technical inspections of key facility installations. Working closely with other departments and external service providers, the department supports the continuous operation and development of the plant. Its mission is to maintain optimal technical conditions, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards 

Responsibilities 

• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, water, heating, electrical, and other facility systems according to the TPM schedule
• Maintain the operational condition of all infrastructure facilities
• Initiate modernization projects and create or supervise machine operation instructions
• Analyze failure data using AXAPTA (EAM module)
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities for technical equipment
• Supervise service work performed by external companies
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety management procedures 

Qualifications

• Technical or vocational education in mechanics, electrical, automation, industrial machinery, or related fields - preferred, but not required
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment and shift work
• SEP Group I qualification certificates (electrical authorization) - it would be an advantage
• Internal LM training, including health and safety (OHS), forklift, scissor lift, crane, and high-voltage qualifications
• Ability to read basic technical documentation
• Knowledge of low-voltage electrical installations
• Basic computer skills and ability to work at heights above 3 meters
