Vestas Poland is a local Sales Business Unit (SBU) with its main office in Szczecin. The SBU sell, construct and service wind turbines in Poland. The Service Organization operating the wind turbines and providing services to the customers, employs approximately 250 employees.

 

Responsibilities

As the Customer Service Coordinator (located in Szczecin, Poland) in our Customer Service Management team, you will report to your manager and your primary responsibilities and tasks will be to:

  • Maintain good operational relations with all types of customers
  • Receive incoming calls, take customer requests and ensure effective communication with our planning team and forward all other requests to the relevant department and follow up on the progress
  • Provide first level support to customers as well as creating service orders and internal tickets to the service organization
  • Handle multiple fixed, daily tasks concerning customer issues, make sure that all customer communication is handled and registered in CRM, SAP or other systems
  • Communicate efficiently inside the organization to deliver on the promise to the customers; focus on and contribute to the continuous improvement of both general work routines and internal procedures
  • Revise and calculate all contractual obligations related to the actual performance of the wind farms and be able to validate the outcome
  • Prepare various Excel-based reports on demand and support tender processes with admin work

 

Qualifications

  • An academic degree in e.g. Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics or similar
  • Experience from a customer facing position
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of English - additional language will be counted as advantage
  • Native or fluent in Polish

 

Competencies

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with CRM & SAP systems will be counted as advantage
  • Good time management and organization skills

Additional information

Work location: Vestas' office in Szczecin
This position requires approximately 36 days of travel yearly
