The Construction Team is a part of the Service Delivery Center and is responsible for administrative tasks related to turbine installation. The team cooperates with Project Coordinators, Site Managers, and Site Supervisors from North and Central Europe. We are looking for a new college for the As Built team.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain data in SAP and other internal systems
• Coordinate problem‑solving activities between various stakeholders
• Share knowledge within the team and across the organization
• Implement improvements and support process optimization initiatives
• Conduct meetings with internal stakeholders (on-site and remotely)
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Very good English (spoken and written)
• Experience in a corporate administrative environment is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• SAP or Salesforce experience is beneficial

• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Ability to follow established processes and standards
• Team‑oriented and customer‑focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment
• Understanding of cultural differences
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
