In APAC Sales Portfolio planning team we support the global S&OE and S&OP footprint by working closely with the SBU sub-regional key stakeholders to meet customer demand, while balancing supply chain constraints. The team secure configuration, capacity, sourcing and timing prior to firm order intake. We encourage efficient planning and processes across onshore and offshore APAC sales portfolio.

 

As our new team member in APAC Sales Portfolio planning, you will be representing APAC SBU and supporting the global S&OE footprint. To do so, you will coordinate weekly reporting and meetings with sub-regional sales, construction, transport and procurement teams, to secure capacity across your region at the right time with the global supply chain team. You will be actively monitoring the demand plan and ensure data accuracy on configuration, sourcing and timing, while maintaining visibility to the financial impacts to Vestas.

 

Responsibilities

 

You will have a high degree of stakeholder interaction; engaging daily with key sub-regional departments, while balancing supply chain constraints with the global supply chain and production team in weekly meetings. You will be required to communicate effectively across all levels and prioritize, while deliver weekly tasks. You are process focused and work with no supervision, but will actively contribute to the Sales Portfolio Planning team to ensure efficient planning across APAC onshore and offshore portfolio

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

 

  • Support the global S&OE footprint with sales forecasts.
  • Engage with sales, transport, and construction on daily basis to meet customer demand while balancing supply chain constraints.
  • Engage with production and global planners to enable required capacity for the region.
  • Ensure data accuracy on configuration, sourcing and timing, while maintaining visibility to the financial impacts to Vestas.
  • Weekly reporting to Head of Sales Portfolio Planning on current pipeline and status of projects.
  • Maintain APAC demand plan and weekly release process up to Firm order intake.
  • Monitor status of project ISM execution and align the sales portfolio planning and production release process.
  • Engage with Head of Sales Portfolio Planning to improve and coordinate process within APAC regional Sales Portfolio Planning.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Business Administration or similar.
  • Relevant industry experience e.g. supply chain planning, order management, production planning etc.
  • Professional verbal and written communication in English.
  • Familiar with MS Office combined with experience within SAP ERP.
  • Wind Energy experience preferred
