Be part of a highly organized team, aiming to deliver Tools to service and construction sites in ASP. Will be working with people locally and abroad.
It's a challenging department, so we need to manage workload consistently and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer orders from Projects or service units
- Coordinate transportation between construction Tools Hub and global customers
- Control stock availability to prevent project stops
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers
- Provide logistic and technical support to construction sites
- Offer logistic and technical support to service operations
- Support regional Construction Tools warehouses
- Ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment
- Optimize logistics processes for efficiency
- Manage maintenance stocks with relevant activities
- Control account payable and documentations
Qualifications
- Highly experienced in engineering, shipping, Logistics, or supply chain manangement in an international company
- Experience in a similar position in the Energy Industry(Wind related)
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects efficiently in a make-to-order environment
- Understanding of project plans and deadlines
- Proficient in SAP or Equivalent ERP software
- Experience with SAP Document Management system and Engineering change Manangement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication Skills in English, both Written and oral
- Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills
