Site Project Tools coordinator CON/SER

Be part of a highly organized team, aiming to deliver Tools to service and construction sites in ASP. Will be working with people locally and abroad.

It's a challenging department, so we need to manage workload consistently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders from Projects or service units
• Coordinate transportation between construction Tools Hub and global customers
• Control stock availability to prevent project stops
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers
• Provide logistic and technical support to construction sites
• Offer logistic and technical support to service operations
• Support regional Construction Tools warehouses
• Ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment
• Optimize logistics processes for efficiency
• Manage maintenance stocks with relevant activities
• Control account payable and documentations

Qualifications

• Highly experienced in engineering, shipping, Logistics, or supply chain manangement in an international company
• Experience in a similar position in the Energy Industry(Wind related)
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects efficiently in a make-to-order environment
• Understanding of project plans and deadlines
• Proficient in SAP or Equivalent ERP software
• Experience with SAP Document Management system and Engineering change Manangement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication Skills in English, both Written and oral
• Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills
