Service Quality lead, Greater Asia and Japan

This position represents the Service Quality Department in the APAC region - S.Korea, coordinates Service Quality activities and ensures that the Service Quality strategies are executed with highest focus on quality, safety and environment, and without compromising agreed processes. The key task is to ensure compliance of Service sites in the APAC region by performing site audits, Turbine inspection and managing RCCA's for top COPQ offenders, and reduce the cost of poor quality (COPQ), support in improving vendor recoveries
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Regional Service to ensure Good Quality being delivered to our Customers
2. Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 Quality system
3. Support Regional Service on Quality Risks and prepare mitigation plans
4. Provide Monthly Quality reporting and monitor the performance
5. Conduct Quality awareness training for management and employees
6. Review the Quality gates and provide inputs if project is ready to TOC and Hand over to Service
7. Ensure problem solving process is performed for non-conformities and implementation of solutions
8. Ensure the quality objectives and targets of service are reached
9. Monitor the performance of NCR, CIR, CoPQ, Audits & assessments
10. Support the evaluation of type of defects and preparing CIM candidates
11. Ensure Customer satisfaction on Quality for the service delivered
12. Ensure Customer queries and complaints are properly handled and closed
13. Improve the Lost Production Factor in the region together with R & D and Service
14. Develop Service Product audit plan and ensure on time execution
15. Collect inputs for Regional Management review
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in engineering
• Solid Service background
• Minimum 10 years of experience
Competencies
• Self-motivated and very good communication skills
• Able to coordinate change and manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers
• Certified auditor in one of the following standards ISO 9001
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent will be an advantage
• Solid cooperation and communication skills
• SAP Knowledge & Quality tools
