Planning Analyst
Santiago de Chile, RM - Santiago, CL
The Service Operation Support Department is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of wind turbines through the planning, scheduling, and supervision of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Responsabilites and tasks
- Monitoring and analyzing operational and planning KPIs to ensure maintenance efficiency.
- Following up on purchase orders (PO) to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
- Generating and automating reports to streamline maintenance processes, and providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Competencies and Qualifications
- Education: A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Data analysis tools (Excel, SQL), and reporting tools (Power BI).
- Analytical Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English) to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in data analysis are a plus.
