Special Task Coordinator requires Work order context clearly specified, enriched with relevant information (standard WO information and guidelines for Technicians and Dispatchers if applicable) and ready to be planned and scheduled Customer specifics considered in technical planning Triggering technical Support for complex jobs Verify if the customer is entitled for a service or not Upstream support role involved for quotation creation Task list improvement opportunities identified and aligned with Technical Support, who triggers Task List creation &updates) T&M opportunities identified and Upstream process for Quoting trigger
 

Responsibilities

  • Work order context clearly specified, enriched with relevant information and ready to be dispatched to crews 
  • Customer specifics considered in technical planning 
  • Technical Support involved for complex questions / requests 
  • Task list improvement opportunities identified and aligned with Technical Support 
  • Ordering tools, parts necessary for job execution, as well as additional equipment (cranes, additional external site lighting, Trak, etc.) 
  • Contact person with subcontractors 
  • Assigning crew to the job execution 
  • Scheduling the turbine visits

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree/Trade Certificate highly preferred in relevant field (i.e. Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Data Analytics)
  • 2+ years of related experience within the wind industry
  • Project management(preferred)

 

Competencies 

  • Technical background with higher complexity 
  • Ready to read into technical documentations and drawings 
  • Affinity to work with assumptions and navigate in technical related systems 
  • Structured and detailed working approach 
  • Self-organization and good time management 
  • Technical communication and alignment skills 
  • System user of MS Office, SAP and Salesforce 
  • Ability to collaborate with Subcontractors (if relevant)
