Regional Procurement AME

The Procurement Program Analyst provides insight into market dynamics, oversees cost developments on wind turbine configurations, and identifies improvement opportunities by examining information and turning it into actionable value propositions.



Support the Regional Procurement Organization through:

  • Understanding target prices, target costs, and projected cost developments for key wind turbine configurations in North America

  • Coordinating key policy developments in coordination with other organizational functions, including domestic incentives, tariffs, and trade rulings
  • Support RPO reporting, KPI management, and process improvements to facilitate operational standards
  • Directing improvement initiatives and supporting business development projects to improve revenue & profit margin
  • Compiling market intelligence studies related to the global and local supply base
  • Providing analysis and recommendations on supply chain dynamics, raw materials, currency developments, and other pertinent cost/profitability drivers



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with 3-5 years of work experience, or 5 years relevant experience instead of a degree

  • Proven data mining skills, particularly in a product or manufacturing setting

  • Prior work experience with a focus on business analytics and documented history of turning data into value

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • General knowledge of SAP Business Intelligence (BI) is a preference

  • English fluency required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data management software (SAP preferred)

  • Able to effectively coordinate a cross-functional interaction between the procurement team and its stakeholders

  • Ability to influence across organizational boundaries

  • Regular & committed attendance
