The Strategy and MarComm team is a key supporting function for the Latin American region. Within this team we cover Strategy & Market Intelligence, Marketing & Events, Internal Communication and External Communication. We are, among other things, responsible for bringing the strategy process in the region to life, delivering high-quality market intelligence, promoting the organization externally and enhancing the employee experience & engagement. The department is also involved in several discussions around profitability and product effectiveness.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the LATAM strategy execution process by coordinating governance forums, monitoring key strategic initiatives, and ensuring visibility of risks, opportunities, and accountability across the organization.
• Development of executive-level analyses and strategic recommendations to support business growth, market positioning, and commercial decision-making.
• Produce market intelligence deliverables, including market forecasts, competitive assessments, regulatory monitoring, customer insights, and industry trend analysis.
• Conduct deep dives on emerging market opportunities, policy developments, and business cases to guide investment and growth priorities across Latin America.
• Build compelling narratives and data-driven insights for leadership discussions, customer engagement, public affairs initiatives, and thought leadership activities.
• Act as the regional focal point for market intelligence, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable insights on market developments, competitive dynamics
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in strategy, market intelligence, consulting, business development, corporate planning, or related analytical functions.
• Solid understanding of the energy sector, renewable energy industry, or infrastructure markets is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent English and Portuguese required; intermediate Spanish is desirable..

• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect market developments to business opportunities and risks.
• Solid project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
