The Strategy and MarComm team is a key supporting function for the Latin American region. Within this team we cover Strategy & Market Intelligence, Marketing & Events, Internal Communication and External Communication. We are, among other things, responsible for bringing the strategy process in the region to life, delivering world class market intelligence, promoting the organization externally and strengthening the employee experience & engagement. The department is also involved in several discussions around profitability and product effectiveness.
Responsabilites:
- Monitor cost efficiency, margin deviations and projects development to ensure region profitability is on track
- Work closely with P&L delivering areas to align governance insights with business decisions and coordinate report out
- Guarantee standardized reporting structures on profitability
- Craft compelling stories that highlight Vestas' value proposition, sustainability leadership, and contribution to the energy transition
- Build stories demonstrating Vestas' role in accelerating wind industry development in LATAM
- Coordinate with corporate communications to ensure consistency in messaging across markets
Qualifications:
Business, Engineering, Marketing student, Advertising, Communication, or Public Relations;
Fluent in English, advanced Spanish is preferable.

• Good collaborator and a great net-worker who appreciates working with many stakeholders
