Sales Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

Act as a Finance Business Partner supporting Sales Latam teams with financial insights, analysis, and reporting.

Develop and maintain financial dashboards and performance reports through automation, simplification, and standardization.

Support monthly financial reviews, consolidating business results and identifying key trends and deviations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and BPM colleagues to improve reporting processes and ensure consistency across regions.

Contribute to the development of tools, templates, and KPIs that enhance transparency and efficiency in commercial and financial reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning, Sales Finance, or Business Performance Management in an international environment.

Highly developed analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of P&L, sales performance, and margin analysis.

Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.

Ability to translate data into meaningful insights that support decision-making.
