In our department we are responsible amongst others to support the region in the effective execution of onshore Service contracts operating wind turbines at the expected performance and the lowest possible cost level. In this role you will provide leadership and specialized skills to deliver optimal fleet performance as measured by production, availability, while reducing warranty and lifecycle costs.
Responsibilities
- • Provide 1st level technical support for technicians on the wind turbine fleet in Latin America (LATAM)
- • Be a change agent cross-functionally for the LATAM region to facilitate proactive issue identification and investigate failures
- • Enhance performance enhancements in the LATAM Services region as well as on a global scale
- Remote problem-solving and detailed technical planning
Requisites
- • Bachelor's Degree of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Controls, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited college or university
- • Approximately 5 years of experience within wind turbine engineering functions
- • Professional presentation skills with ability and certainty to present to senior management internally & externally
- Fluent English.
- • Skilled in RCA application of tools/processes
