The Digital Partner in the region works closely with our regional management and DS stakeholders to be a digital advisor and ensure a strong connection between the Region and relevant digital teams. The Digital Partner ensures the Region is engaged and involved in digital developments and promotes maximum regional value of both current and new systems and tools

 

This requires a strong Regional Digital Partner that can act as a digital visionary, a global bridge builder and connector. A trusted partner to the Regional Management Team that will be part of turning our vision into reality and pave the way for getting full value of our digital solutions.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Proactively connect and promote an aligned digital agenda together with the global Digital Business Transformation Leads as digital advisor to the Regional Management team
  • Manage Digital Solutions engagement with the regional business organization ensuring alignment and effective communication to all relevant stakeholders in the region
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the regional business context and situation and maintain a high partnering satisfaction
  • Work with key regional stakeholders to address issues, qualify digital needs and harvest maximum value from our digital solutions
  • Facilitate and support regional implementation of digital projects or products by promoting regional planning and execution of change and implementation activities
  • Deliver consistent digital adoption reviews and escalations with the regional management and follow up/do gap closing with functional leaders to secure full implementation and digital value capture
  • Take proactive steps to support a high digital end user experience in the region
  • Play an integrated part in building a key regional team of Digital Solutions colleagues in the region, and maximize synergies with both the global team and other regional digital partners

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Relevant education at Master level and an enthusiasm for digital transformation
  • Demonstrated previous experience on stakeholder management and business relationship management within Digital / IT
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and engage with all parts of the value chain
  • Documented experience on Digital transformation programs or IT complex account management on senior positions, consulting or similar
  • Extensive and solid project management and change management experience
  • A global perspective and experience working across cultures
  • Fluent English; Spanish is an asset

 

 

Competencies

 

  • Ability to partner and advise senior stakeholders on how to engage and capture maximum value from digital initiatives, tools and ways of working
  • Good knowledge and understanding of business development with a digital focus and a conceptual understanding of Enterprise IT and OT aspects
  • Experience working in an agile, product-oriented digital environment is an asset
  • Comfortable interacting with senior management directing decisions and guiding complex discussions in an efficient, fact-based manner
  • Great communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills to facilitate global collaboration and deliver results
  • Professional, creative & self motivated
  • Empathetic with great interpersonal skills, culture affinity and an open, straightforward, and unpretentious style
  • Demonstrated experience working in a complex, international corporate culture
