As a Senior Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of our construction projects, ensuring safe, successful delivery while leading site teams and subcontractors with excellence.

Location: Golden Plains 2 Wind Farm, Rokewood
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage safety practices and protocols to ensure compliance and safe results with a team that demonstrates safe behaviours.
- Promote a culture of excellence (safety focus, structure, work discipline) and continuous improvement with the site organization to advance capability and performance.
- Comply with legal requirements, construction and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Provide clear direction for Vestas site personnel and subcontractors.
- Maintain good working relationships with the site team, customer, subcontractors, and other stakeholders including Unions and regulators.
- Analyse, manage and mitigate risk for HSE, Subcontractor interface, IR and productivity.
- Interface wtih Health and Safety and Union Representatives
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in site supervision - minimum of 10+ years
- Technical diploma, trade qualification relating to engineering or construction or similar
- Proficient IT skills, e.g. MS Office, HSE and Progress reporting software
- Valid driver's license
- Wind Industry experience highly regarded.
Competencies:
- Supervision of teams in a major project portfolio environment.
- Management of sub-contractors in remote site locations e.g. crane, electrical, civil.
- Ability to manage high pressure situations in major construction environments.
- Managing site personnel, subcontractors, Union representatives and regulators
- Proactive and hands on approach toward role - involved and engaged.
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Experience dealing with Health and Safety Representatives
- Able to inspire others to action - team leader.
- Well organized and planning orientated.
- Management of project stakeholders including
- Values honesty, confidentiality and integrity and expects same of others.
