In CIM Serious Incident team, we are working across the value chain to manage immediate containment actions, safety and root cause analysis on complex serious incidents. A Serious incident is an unexpected issue to the product that require urgent and immediate response. We respond immediately and collaborate with R&D, component suppliers, Service, and customers and many other stakeholders to manage project execution and ensure timely resolutions that improves customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
As Senior Project Manager in CIM Serious Incident your key responsibilities and tasks will be:
- Lead serious incident projects involving turbines, from incident occurrence through root cause analysis
- Ensure immediate and fast engagement with customers, service, modules, and stakeholders across the value chain
- Drive the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholders are booked, aligned, motivated, and progressing
- Deliver incident and customer reports, explaining the investigation process and conclusions.
- High visibility projects with significant internal and external attention
You will work closely with Regional Business Units, Production Business Units, Group and regional Communications, R&D departments and Management to carry out all tasks above
Qualifications
The most important thing is that you know how a wind turbine functions and have proficiency in project management of complex technical nature. Other important qualifications for performing well in this job are:
- Bachelor's or master's degree and extensive experience from the wind industry
- You hold a project management certification such as Prince 2, IPMA or equivalent
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement Management

- Advanced and collaborative stakeholder engagement towards a variety of stakeholders, including customers
- Demonstrated ability to lead and guide cross-functional collaboration across different cultures and ensure fast execution on a project
- Are consistent and resourceful, able to decide on a course of action and implement it without oversight
- The ability to work in a time-sensitive situation with a pragmatic approach
- Being a convincing communicator who knows how to motivate project teams is key to delivering results in this role
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
- The ability to handle multiple projects and activities simultaneously you are responsive and address issues promptly when they arise

Location: DK, Ringkøbing preferred or Aarhus, PT, Porto and IN, Chennai could be considered for the right candidate.
Expected travel up to 6 trips annually.
