Manufacturing & Global Procurement > Regional Manufacturing NCE > Nacelle&HUB
We are currently looking for PE & TS Engineers for our Ringløbing factory. 

The Regional PE & TS (Production Engineering and Technical Support) is a sub-department within Regional Manufacturing, Northern and Central Europe (NCE). The departments main focus areas are blades, generators, nacelle and hub, where the position here is in the nacelle & hub team. The PE & TS team operates as the intermediate in the space between new product introduction (NPI) and the serial production sites. This by participating in NPI projects as subject matter experts taking part in the development of the production. When a new product has reached a certain state of maturity it's handed over to the PE & TS team for further development and maturing before it's finally handed over to serial production. During serial production the team will also support on the technical side when larger issues arise. Part of the team’s responsibilities are also tech transfer (TT) to other factories all over the world, optimizing production via new technology and continuous improvements.
The department is primarily focusing on activities in NCE but is interfacing in a global environment having production facilities across the globe, where support can be needed.

 

Responsibilities
Your tasks will vary in complexity and nature but will keep its focus on the below items:

  • Subject matter expert in NPI/TT projects in NCE delivering tasks and activities at the agreed time, including participation in ramp-up activities
  • Development of production setup and documentation including process flow, component allocation, layout, and work instructions
  • Engage in P-FMEA activities
  • Implement special tooling and test equipment needed for production of the product
  • Support Technology transfer to other regions
  • Support the serial production regarding nonconformities, technical questions, automation and maturing the assembly process

 
Qualifications

  • An engineering degree within Marine, electrical, mechanical, production or other relevant area combined with some years’ experience within production environments
  • Great technical understanding
  • Experience within the electrical area and testing of machinery would be preferred (I/O test, functional testing, etc.)
  • Experience within other large corporate organizations
  • Danish language skills 
  • Have good communication skills and fluent in English (speaking and writing)
