Assembly factory in Ringkøbing is around 600 employees and a part of Vestas Manufacturing. You will be part of the logistic team, where there are today two colleagues as Logistic coordinators. You will join the logistic team in an open and unformal environment with daily contact to our buying team in India and give frontline support to the Ringkøbing factory and global stakeholders.



  • You will secure that materials are available for production at the right time, in the right quantity, including follow-up on critical deliveries
  • Drive global risk mitigation meetings with stakeholders
  • Ensure coordination with internal stakeholders in the factory as well as regional and global support functions including our shared service center in India
  • Collaboration with Global Procurement in order to optimize our supply into the factory
  • Participate in developing delivery concepts from supplier to factory and direct implementation tasks
  • Gatekeep and maintain master data and ensure optimization of deliveries in the projects (New Product Introduction) and be the factory's "point of contact" for the projects on inbound supplies
  • Act as frontline support for internally and external stakeholders



  • We expect that you have a relevant education within logistics and purchasing. Professional qualification in purchasing and supply chain is desirable
  • We are looking for a candidate with some years of experience from a similar position
  • Experience and desire to work in a production company
  • Insight into ERP systems is needed e.g., SAP
  • Experienced MS Office user - especially Excel
  • High analytical skills

Additional information

Your work location will be at Vestas office at Ringkøbing, DK.  5-10 travel days/year is expected.
