Your Mission
As a Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating operational activities and managing a team of technicians and operators. You will ensure service quality, compliance with safety standards, and the overall performance of the site. You will act as a key link between field teams, internal stakeholders, and customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise and organize the daily activities of the teams.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support employee development and training activities.
- Ensure resource availability and the efficient planning of interventions.
- Review and validate activity reports, work tracking, and timesheets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and Vestas standards.
Desired Profile
- Proven experience in team management within an operational or industrial environment.
- Strong technical understanding (mechanical, maintenance, and ideally wind energy).
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with IT tools (MS Office; SAP is an advantage).
- Self-motivated, organized, and flexible.
