The Service Department is looking for a technician specialized in repairing composite materials, in order to be able to examine and repair Wind Turbines.

This position can be located either in Reims (East of France) or the Hauts-de-France Region.

The Service Department is responsible for the smooth running of our customer’s wind farms, ensuring the highest levels of performance from each turbine for its entire lifespan. It works to ensure that the turbines are operational to their maximum capacity, delivering the best possible energy yield for customers. As such, the team is key to maintaining long-term customer loyalty.



The Blades technician will work under the responsibility of the Blades Team Leader, The Blades Technician

The key tasks are to:

  • Take care of the wind turbines reparations (composite materials), operating on the ground, on hydraulic and hanging cradles
  • Carry out inspections and estimate damages
  • File technical reports after inspections and / or operation, in English, as well as other Group reporting's
  • Organize equipment, tooling and company car
  • Respect all the society procedures, particularly QSE rules (Quality, Security, Environment)



As a Graduate Technician (Bac+2/3), you have expertise in composite materials, and a professional experience in an Aeronautical or Naval company which uses composite materials.

  • A degree or a first professional experience as composite material technician and / or wind turbines maintenance technician
  • Technical English written and spoken is essential
  • Computer knowledge of Pack Office and digital tools
  • Ability to work at extreme heights and you are in good physical shape
  • Motivation, organization, discipline, proactiveness and good autonomy. Team spirit is essential. Strong mobility and flexibility (frequent national travels)
