Vestas' Service Operation Support Department for Poland, Baltics and Czechia is a part of Vestas Service Poland, which is responsible for administrative and operational activities ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising the subcontractors to ensure compliance with agreement requirements, execution dates, and quality standards
• Ensuring that all subcontracted work aligns to company policies and safety regulations
• Identifying and resolving any issues related to subcontractor work, ensuring smooth work execution
• Manage project budgets and control costs
• Resolve issues or conflicts encountered during work

Qualifications

• Experience from field operation or turbine service technician
• Very good English in speaking and writing
• Good knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be an additional advantage
• Driving licence cat. B

Competencies

• Proces and safety oriented
• Have a good business sense and good economical understanding to drive results
• Ability to optimize and implement improvement in the planning of service activities on an overall level
• Problem-solving capabilities
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy
