  • Design and implement secure network infrastructure aligned with the industry standards, frameworks, and security with overall business and technology strategy
  • Evaluate new technology and techniques in order to improve systems design
  • You will become one of the driving forces in developing and maintaining our Park Network Architecture that accommodates network connectivity and resilience in our customers Wind Power Plants across the globe
  • You will be working closely with our regional experts and local security specialists in a truly global organization
  • Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements
  • Implement early-stage feasibility studies of new projects working together with other labs and proof of concept solutions



  • Relevant IT education at Bachelor level (3 years, academic level)
  • Minimum 2 years of professional, hands-on experience within Network Security, ideally from a global company
  • You can demonstrate experience or formal knowledge within network security for Industrial Control Systems
  • You are results focused, and can get things done
  • You contribute to creating a well-functioning team and engage respectfully with your peers
  • You strive for collaboration to achieve a common vision and common targets



  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in advanced network architecture and design
  • Experience in working within a large organization
  • Professional experience maintaining real-world production systems
  • Experience with GIT and JIRA or similar tools
  • Build and maintain complex network designs
  • Experience on Next Gen. firewalls, Unidirectional gateways, etc.
  • Design of security zones, design for availability, resiliency, and flexibility
  • Intrusion Detection / Prevention
  • Log, Net flow analysis
  • Vulnerability identification and evaluation, Patch management for network equipment
  • Cisco ISE (LDAP, REST APIs)
  • Cisco switches and routers (e.g industrial grade) experience and other vendors
  • OSPF, BGP routing
  • IPSec VPN, DMVPN...
  • Copper/Fiber Optics technologies
  • Router/switch Hardening
  • Device authentication (IEEE 802.1x)
  • Knowledge on Information Security and Risk Management
  • Basic programming/scripting skills
