Business Unit Power Solutions - Quality Improvements and Processes - New Product Master - Service Documentation 
We create and ensure the overall quality, creation, maintenance and delivery of technical end-user documentation for Transport, Construction and Service.

 

Responsibilities
Your main responsibility areas will be:

  • Support the high-level scoping and timeline of the technical end-user documentation packages for turbine platform projects
  • Support the scoping of the preliminary budget and resource needs
  • Responsible for getting the high-level documentation package plan detailed and communicated to the close team-members for them to follow up on the documentation tasks (writing documents and create illustrations)
  • Coordinate the execution/delivery of the documentation packages for both prototype and 0-series packages) 
  • Responsible for ensuring that the input from the engineers and designers is delivered in time for the creation of the documentation packages
  • Support the technical writing process incl. reviews and approvals
  • Participate in technical reviews for the project to pass certain milestone gates 
  • Coordinating, mitigating and escalating risks to project managers
  • Aligning expectations, scope, timelines, budget and resource needs with a broad range of stakeholders

 

Qualifications
The following qualifications stated are not thorough:

  • Minimum 7 years documented experience with similar tasks. References required
  • Technical background and solid technical product knowledge - e.g. from the wind industry
  • High proficiency level in English, both spoken and written language
  • Good communication skills
  • Extensive stakeholder management skills
  • Take ownership of deliverables
  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • Work in a structured way and pay attention to details
  • Work alone, yet at the same time you are a motivated team member

 

Competencies
It will be required that you are a qualified planner, and also at the same time can initiate, coordinate and complete different work assignments in an freely and motivated manner. Undertaking the many different work assignments, you need to have an action minded & innovative behavior. To achieve results, you can work in a team or as an individual, hence requiring great collaboration, communication & stakeholder management skills. Besides these competencies you also possess a natural ability to focus on quality and detail. Finally, you are fluent in English (in writing and speaking).

Additional information 
Primary work location is in Porto, Portugal; Chennai, India; Warrington, UK; or Aarhus, Denmark. You should expect approximately 20 travel days a year.
