Finance/Regional AME/BPM Service

Service Business Performance Management is the dedicated business partner to the Service Operations team.  You will support Service Operations by helping your stakeholders take the best decision at the best time. To do that it is important that you have the ability to identify solutions, alternatives and consequences, thus developing accurate and transparent solutions.


You act confidently with a collaborative and open approach, enabling you to be a trusted advisor to the management. It is essential that you are driven, ambitious and diligent in carrying out your tasks with persistency. Furthermore, you can meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Your good interpersonal skills enable you to understand stakeholder needs and expectations.   The Financial Analyst reports to the Director of Service BPM.


You can expect full contact with the business as well as with the other BPM areas and Global Finance functions. Capability to influence the business and keeping the compliance commitments are the main output of the role. 



  • Completes the Availability Bonus/LD forecast and reporting process related to turbine availability and production by collaborating with Technology, Site Managers, and CIM Project Managers.
  • Collaborates with Accounting Department to forecast, allocate, code, and process Bonus/LD claims in a timely manner. Supports the service contract warranty analysis and reporting model.
  • Monitors accuracy of service financial reporting for Bonus/LD and suggests corrective action if needed.
  • Coordinates and Consolidates Construction and Service Monthly Performance Reporting and assists with budget preparation process.
  • Supports month end close activities related to CIM and Service financials such as forecast variance reports and service month end packages
  • Oversees Fixed Costs For Operations Group-Construction and Service, reviews warranty costs and completes warranty provision reversal, as well as reviews and books hourly allocations from SCADA and Tech Support
  • Supports Operations in the POC calculation, analysis, and review process and performs other ad hoc financial analysis & reporting
  • Adhere to Euro SOX compliance requirements as well as assists the Controlling Group on various cost reduction initiatives, i.e. crane cost, inventory turns, transportation costs



  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of financial analysis experience
  • Strong systems skills including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • SAP BI, SAP BPC experience would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English required
  • Mastering additional languages would be an advantage
  • Large international company experience and (Renewable) energy experience is an asset but not required



  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability, some OT may be required
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Attention to details and build smart well-organized spreadsheets
