The Product Market Strategy teams' goal is to assess/prioritize the regional product gaps and opportunities (regional market roadmap) and market requirement landscape short to mid-term (0-6 years onshore, 0-10 years offshore), serving as the foundation for the global product strategy. Additionally, the team is the regional sparring partner and reviewer for global product market roadmaps across market asks, and product evaluations.  The function acts as the primary regional contact point across technical and commercial aspects and promotes the development of an effective product roadmap to deliver solutions to fuel business growth.



  • Collect and evaluate relevant market opportunities and requirements across sustainable energy solutions
  • Define regional and global market roadmaps, including regional prioritization (across turbine, Plant, onshore, offshore, and New Business), through comprehensive gap analysis and sparring with regional and global stakeholders
  • Evaluate and benchmark customer project needs and competitor offering (e.g., grid connection, delivery timing, siting capability, project adaptation, BoP etc.)
  • Promote product optimization initiatives to enhance value offering and engagement on key/large deals in the region
  • Shape go-to-market documentation, strategies, and trainings required as part of commercializing upcoming product releases
  • Engage with external customers to discuss and refine short-to-midterm landscape and inform regional market roadmap
  • Orchestrate participation and lobbying in key working groups to shape use case landscape



  • Bachelors or Masters Degree  - either in Engineering combined with a commercial education or experience - or in Business/Economics combined with technical education or experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in the energy sector (Oil and Gas, Utilities, Wind, Solar, ect)
  • Previous experience within Technical Sales or Product Management or Commercial Evaluation of wind turbines
  • More important than formal education is the willingness and excitement to learn. This is a role that requires technical, commercial, and policy insight.
  • Ability to travel based on customer needs and overall company milestones.

  • Effective written and oral communication skills; able to express oneself clearly in technical and non-technical terms
  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders
  • Professional presentation and investigative skills with ability and attitude to present to senior management, internally & externally
  • Ability to understand and frame product strategy by combining the commercial needs, policy landscape, and technical perspectives
