Financial Solutions is regionally anchored as part of the Finance team in Vestas Americas. We create business value by providing financial solutions and support. The Vestas' Americas Finance team is a high value adding department that supports the Sales, Service and Global Developments through the development of dynamic solutions for delivering Vestas' strategy - and ensuring real business and economic value.

As the Financial Solutions manager, you will focus on the following main tasks:

• Lead Financial Solutions in Vestas Americas.
• Be a strong financial counterpart to our Sales organization and engage directly with customers.
• Lead and ensure comprehensive collaboration and alignment with Global functions, primarily Group Treasury.
• Develop and maintain relationships to brokers, investment banks, investors, and lenders to understand available financing options.
• Maintain or build relationships in the tax equity community and stay on the innovative side of financial structuring from a tax perspective.
• Arrange financing and financial solutions (equity, construction and long term / PF debt, mezzanine, take-outs) in selected cases.
• Support our customers in interactions with financial community through the turbine and service sales process and project execution.
• Risk analysis of potential Financial Solutions and preparation and presentation of investment committees' materials for decision process.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in economics/ business administration/ engineering.
• Postgraduate studies will be specially considered (MBA or specific Finance master studies).
• +5 years' professional experience and documented history in financing
• Financing or selling of renewable energy projects in the US market desirable
• Experience building and maintaining robust internal & external relationships.
• High personal drive, independent work style, result oriented and responsive to changing environments.
• Professional commitment to accountability and
• Experience in matrixed organization
