Vestas CEO/Sales/SBU AME/Sales

Provides administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and three other departments (Market Intelligence, Service Sales and Development).

Interfaces with high level internal and external contacts and performs assignments of a sensitive nature requiring a high level of independence, discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Provides secretarial support and administrative duties for the CFO, VP of Market Intelligence, Sr. Director of Service Sales, Sr. Director of Development and their department staff.
  • Receives and screens telephone calls and correspondence for CFO and VP of Sales.
  • Coordinates meetings, arranges appointments, books travel, plans events, and processes expense reports.
  • Arranges itineraries for customer and client visits.
  • Manages and caters internal events requiring refreshments and specific accommodations.
  • Facilitates IT support for CFO and VP of Sales.
  • Coordinate with HR for onboarding of department new hires.
  • Manage SAP/Workflow, travel expenses for VPs and Sr. Directors, and process PO’s within departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years’ experience in providing administrative support for executive level.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, expert proficiency in drafting business correspondence.
  • Strong computer skills, expert in all MS Suites office software. 
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
  • Assertive, professional, diplomatic, able to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
