  • Validate Service Contracts Pre-Calc and Latest Estimate verification
  • Track and supervise Service Contracts reporting
  • Revenue and cost recognition
  • Performance compared to Pre-Calc and prior periods
  • Master data elements are verified
  • System inputs completed and verified
  • Management/BPM are informed in scheduled meetings
  • Ensure Service Contracts compliance
  • SOX documents completed monthly
  • Related account reconciliations are completed
  • Completion of all internal and external audit requests
  • Develop new methods to streamline completion of compliance tasks
  • Coordinate Service contracts forecasting
  • Providing monthly and full year revenue and cost forecasts to executive management
  • Establish initial site budgets and monitor performance
  • Motivated engagement with the Operations departments to ensure financial impacts resulting from site changes are understood and recorded
  • Identify and monitor financial risks and opportunities and make recommendations for forecast changes
  • Ensure that adaptive forecasts are updated with Service Operations


Essential Functions:

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to supervise complex priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Regular and trusted attendance


Education, Training, and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related subject.  Masters, CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of financial experience required
  • Commerical Finance experience 
  • Solid Data Analysis Skills 
  • CPA nice to have
  • Wind Experince nice to have
  • Solid systems skills including MS Office Suite, SAP and Power BI. 
  • Skilled written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility, some OT may be required
  • Ability to work freely and with minimal supervision
  • Attention to details and build smart well-organized spreadsheets
