This role is for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic Stock Keeper to work in our service team.  The department is a small team environment based on site at Port Augusta Wind Farm.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Purchase requisition creation and management
  • Managing vendor invoices and enquires
  • Training site staff on key Vestas tools and processes
  • Update site documentation
  • Maintain site warehouse
  • Lead stock-take across sites
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Producing reports
  • Ordering consumables and tools for service activities
  • Trouble-shoot problems and recommend improvements
  • Track invoices and returns of stock and calibration of tooling
  • Kit parts and tools in advance for service team
  • Unpack and return all unused goods to stock
  • Cleaning and maintenance of tools
  • Inventory Control
  • Leading all site administrative tasks

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in providing administrative support.
     

Competencies:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and document control support to large site-based teams
  • Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
  • Management and reporting of budgetary requirements
  • Experience in high-pressure situations and the ability to take decisions.
  • Understanding of transport/logistics in the local market.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting reports 
  • Effective and efficient Microsoft office suite operations
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with on site and off site teams
  • Ability to learn and develop with forward thinking
