You will be part of Supply and Market Analytics and you shall be accountable for supporting the Global Procurement teams in assessing vendors' financial acceptability and financial risk, as well as identifying opportunity levers for negotiations capitalizing on financial data gathered.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain vendor financial risk assessment model to improve risk transparency and mitigating actions
  • Conduct financial data analysis of existing suppliers and participate in assessing potential suppliers' financial acceptability
  • Coordinate with stakeholders in capturing other risks not visible in the financial data (i.e acquisitions, mergers, etc.)
  • Ensure communication of financial risk and coordinate with stakeholders for effective risk reporting and risk mitigation plan
  • Global Procurement's subject matter expert (SME) for vendor financial risk
  • Support Sourcing responsible in identifying opportunity levers for negotiation with financial data gathered
  • Promote continuous improvements by motivating the current state, optimizing processes, and utilizing the capabilities to secure high-quality standards for procurement operations

 

Qualifications

  • Relevant business, finance, or accounting degree
  • With at least 5 years of experience in financial audit and F&A function (Non-Negotiable)
  • Experience with Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar is beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel incl. VBA, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good investigative skills including the ability to evaluate and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with situations creatively, and achieve business-focused solutions
  • Good organizational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritize, balance responsibilities, achieve business goals, perform, and always work with a customer-focused approach
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak with conviction
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and with engaging communication skills at all levels
  • Independent and can work with minimal supervision
