T&E Analyst

As part of Vestas Global Finance Shared Service Centre, the team is primarily responsible in providing standardized, rule-based services to the region. This refers to the end-to-end processes of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Travel & Expenses. Works closely with Regional Finance, Treasury and other SSC functional areas to ensure issues and concerns are addressed positively and in accordance with prescribed deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in further improvement and optimization of T&E processes, procedures in Finance and Accounting.
- Execute T&E processing fully in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas Standard Operating Procedures.
- Promptly engage and collaborate with Regional Finance and other business stakeholders, in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality.
- Prepares daily and monthly reports and accompanying schedules and specifications.
- Performed analytical review to ensure achievement of KPIs and PPIs for the specific function assigned
- Assists in developing training plans and knowledge sharing with team members.
- Manage the end-to-end corporate card program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/University Degree, Business Studies/Finance/Management, accounting graduate
- With experience on Travel Expense process and Reporting • With at least 3 to 5 years working experience in the same field
- With BPO/Shared Service experience
- Preferably with SAP Concur knowledge
Competencies:
- Good / average English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in the end-to-end Travel & Expense process
- Good at identifying issues and finding practical solutions
- Exposure to ERP platforms - SAP
- Adept in data presentation and analysis
- Good communication skills - able to interact with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
- Willingness to learn different systems and take on other tasks as may be assigned
- Well-developed quick response and ability to step up whenever the need arises
- Willingness to Take Initiative and solid self-leadership skills
- Effective ability to handle several tasks at once; able to work in a target driven and busy environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Microsoft Excel, Macro proficiency
- Self-Motivated, Self-Directed and can work with minimal supervision.
- With a professional demeanor and attitude, works well with others
