We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to take a leading role in building and scaling a global monitoring and observability platform supporting hundreds of thousands of devices worldwide. This is an engineering position where you will shape architecture, help improve the platform, and ensure reliability at scale. You will work in a modern Linux-based, open-source environment, applying DevOps principles to build resilient, automated, and efficient systems. In addition, you will play a key role in developing a custom asset management platform, tightly integrated with monitoring, enabling full visibility of device health, ownership, and lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Build the design, development, and operation of a high-scale monitoring and observability platform
- Architect real-time data pipelines for telemetry ingestion using event-driven technologies (e.g., Kafka
- Build and evolve asset inventory and management systems, ensuring data consistency and traceability
- Define and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
- Support automation, standardization, and platform reliability
- Develop advanced dashboards, alerting, and observability capabilities (Grafana) • Contribute to engineering best practices, mentoring, and technical direction
Qualifications:
- Deep experience in Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps (Senior Skillsets)
- Advanced experience in Linux and open-source ecosystems
- Practical experience with: Monitoring & Observability platforms, Kafka or similar streaming technologies, SQL for large-scale data analysis, Grafana or equivalent visualization tools, Experience designing scalable distributed systems
- Solid Python scripting and automation experience
- Experience with data pipeline tooling (ETL/ELT) (e.g. Redpanda Connect or similar)
- Background in large-scale IoT or device-heavy environments
