The SSC Procurement Department is comprised of multiple work streams within Procurement such as the Indirect Buying, Purchasing, Supply & Market Analytics, and Digitalization & Processes. This role is under the Purchasing team which collaborates closely with the Global and Regional Procurement organizations on purchasing activities (i.e. source-to-contract activities, spend management, and supplier negotiation).

Responsibilities:

 

• Manage end to end administration of project tools used by Construction/Service (CON/SER) teams

• Receives Request from Construction/Service (CON/SER) Teams and assess stock availability, inventory and identify alternative tools if stock is not available

• Convert the request into a Stock Transfer Order (STO) in SAP ERP and confirm Tools transfer/delivery

• Request tools order from the Buying Team when the required tools are not available at any Vestas site

• Oversee tools updates, release notes, and ensure timely adoption across the site

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance within all system modules

• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly tool inventory reports

• Document tool losses, damages, or discrepancies

 

Qualifications:

 

• Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or Engineering - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Experience in similar functions or customer service for 1-2 years

• Proficient in communicating effectively in both spoken and written English

• Highly experienced in processes, documentation and project work, including turnarounds

• Experience with LEAN methodologies

• Experience with KPIs

• Knowledgeable in P2P Process

• Proficiency in SAP, ERP software, DMS, ECM and Microsoft Office
