Procurement Insights & Analytics delivers risk insights, data analytics, and report development to Vestas Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Procurement Analytics Analysts and Risk Insights employees, ensuring high performance and engagement
• Develop and implement business development plans with the teams to support strategic initiatives
• Align closely with the Global team on the management level to ensure consistency and integration of strategies
• Promote people's development through coaching, mentoring, and providing growth opportunities
• Develop and execute analytics plans, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) initiatives
• Formulate and implement risk management strategies in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Ensure effective risk mitigation strategies are in place and regularly reviewed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Management
• >10 years of experience in Controlling & Reporting or equivalent finance function, with 3-5 years in a managerial role
• Robust analytical skills relevant to financial analysis
• Experience in financial reporting is desired
• Advanced oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated with a positive outlook
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP ERP, and BI applications
• Ability to adjust to new situations and work under ambiguous circumstances
• Experience in business partnering

Competencies

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Financial understanding and budget responsibility
• Professional and courteous interaction with others
• Effective business partnering and communication with finance and non-finance professionals
• Experience in budgeting and reporting financials with insights
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SAP is beneficial
• Extensive analytical experience
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment under a matrix organization
