Finance SSC, Controlling & Reporting. The Controlling and Reporting group is in charge of ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting. This includes compliance with the Company's Financial Guidelines while securing active engagement with stakeholders. The group also act as business partner for Regional, Project or Group stakeholders and make sure that the financial activities driven decisions are taken on a good financial business case which can and will be followed upon.

Responsibilities:
- Will support the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies and strategies. You will analyze cross-border transactions, ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, and assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation
- Assist in preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation reports
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, tax, legal) to ensure alignment on transfer pricing policies
- Monitor and analyze changes in transfer pricing regulations and practices globally
- Support the implementation of transfer pricing policies across different jurisdictions
- Assist in audit defense and dispute resolution regarding transfer pricing matters
- Maintain and update transfer pricing databases and documentation
- Preparation of VAT split including communication with Global VAT support
- Preparation of invoicing requests
- To identify, suggest and implement improvement on current tasks and participate in Global optimization
- Engage and work closely with relevant colleagues and business stakeholders to resolve operational issues and problems quickly and effectively
- To act as POC of a team and supervise the team, if needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any Accounting or Finance courses
- CPA, CMA, CIA etc. At least 4 to 6 years work experience in Controlling & Reporting or any equivalent finance functions
- With good analytical and relevant financial analysis skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience in using ERP (SAP) systems
- Experience in project construction or manufacturing accounting is desired
- BPO/Shared Service experience
- Flexible in work shifting schedules

- Proficient in using Microsoft office software
- Knowledge in using ERP (SAP) systems
- With leadership traits and can supervise other finance professionals
