Salesforce Solution Architect

Running continuous improvement of digital products supporting the Sales Organization and Development. The product area has broad engagement across Vestas' digital landscape and a vision for digital transformation.

For this role, you will be a part of Vestas’ expanding Shared Services Center in Manila, which is a strategic priority to keep our undisputed market-leading role in Wind Energy Solutions intact. Within Manilla, we are continuing to build multiple Agile Product Teams with enthusiastic people who are always ready to share knowledge as we work together. With our main tool, Salesforce, we solve complex business challenges effectively and provide seamless service to our internal stakeholders. We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Sales Cloud Architect to join not only just a team but also an organization with a lot of opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural design and implementation of Product solutions mainly within the Salesforce Application
• Engage with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand the roadmap, business strategy, and product vision, incorporating these insights into technical solutions
• Work within an Agile scrum setup to deliver high-quality technology product solutions
• Ensure correct solution integrations with other applications to ensure a cohesive and integrated digital solutions platform
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices to continuously enhance our applications
• Engage in daily collaboration with the product team, contributing to ongoing discussions and decision-making processes
• Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce best practices and ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business goals

Qualifications

We envision that you have:

• A relevant degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT - 7+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform
• Understanding of the Salesforce product suite, especially Sales Cloud
• Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-based solutions
• Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
• Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly desirable
• SAP and Integration experience
• High communication skills in English
• Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
• Knowledge of source code, version management, and code deployment standards
• Experience in Azure DevOps and GIT
• Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues

• Previous experience in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver an E2E IT solution, troubleshoot issues on the way, and align priorities
