You will join Vestas' expanding Shared Services Center in Manila. You will be a vital part of Vestas' transformation into the digital landscape, joining the DigitalProduct Area -Digital Service Operations. As Vestas undertakes this major transition to digitalization, we've structured our products into skill-centric chapters, ensuring that each domain maintains an unprecedented standard of expertise.

Reporting to the Chapter Lead-Salesforce Development Department, your role will be to develop a sense of belonging among the various teams and uphold our commitment to professional standards. Responsibilities

Converting the design into a system or a solution by coding, verifying, simulating, testing, and documenting in order to deliver agreed value to stakeholders.

Typical responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Foster close daily and long-term collaboration with team members in Manila and Denmark, demonstrating leadership qualities and promoting effective teamwork
  • Have an integral part in developing the most suitable technical solutions to meet customer requirements, emphasizing reusability and efficiency while providing technical expertise and direction
  • Collaborate closely with other architects and developers in the area to collectively deliver the best-suited solutions, contributing your technical expertise to the team's benefit

 

Qualifications

We envision that you have:

  • A relevant degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT
  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform
  • Understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds including B2B Commerce
  • Strong JavaScript/Front end Skills - Strong LWC or Aura development skills
  • Knowledge of various asynchronous capabilities in Salesforce and its use cases
  • Need to have a clear understanding of MVC architecture
  • Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-oriented solutions
  • Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
  • Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
  • Knowledge of source code, version management, and code deployment standards - Experience in Azure DevOps and GIT
  • Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues

Moreover, we envision that you can fulfill some of the following points:

  • Working Agile and using Scrum/Kanban
  • Previous experience in a multinational organization
  • Previous experience in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver an E2E IT solution, troubleshoot issues on the way, and align priorities
  • Previous experience working in a product-oriented digital department
