You have been working as a Salesforce Architect/Consultant on Field Service related - projects and are ready to take the next step. There is a great opportunity in the new product-centric/agile organization to take on solutions for specific products along with contributing to the roadmap as an SF FSL Architect for Service.

 

We, as the Digital Solutions organization, are accountable for digitalizing our operations by enabling the business to harvest Vestas' know-how throughout the value chain, while focusing on E2E synergies. Joining our growing team will provide an opportunity to influence the fundamental shifts that we intend to take and continuously improve our solutions.

With our main tool, Salesforce, we solve complex business challenges effectively and provide seamless service to our internal stakeholders. What you can take for granted is a challenging backlog of business and technical requirements that we need to incorporate into our offerings, commitment towards delivering quality, and a strong mandate in developing best-in-class solutions. Products are a set of IT solutions used by 10+k users in 60+ countries and are utilizing or are integrated towards different advanced platforms like SAP or Salesforce.

 

You will join our Product team in Manila, Ph. You will be a key part of Vestas' transformation into the digital landscape, joining the Digital Product Area -Digital Service Operations. As Vestas undertakes this major transition to digitalization, we have structured our products into skill-centric chapters, ensuring that each domain maintains an unprecedented standard of expertise.

Responsibilities

As an FSL Solution Architect, you should possess expertise in understanding field service processes, configuring FSL components to align with those processes, and integrating FSL with other Salesforce products or external systems primarily with SAP. Your primary area of responsibility is within the technical development and maintenance of our Salesforce field service lightning solutions. On the way, you will work closely with the product team (Product Owners, Development Team) by being the interface between them. This position requires extensive experience working in field service environments and the candidate for this position must have Field Service Lightning experience.

Therefore, your tasks will entail;

  • Grooming and analyzing business requirements from key stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations/validations of the technical implementation of a solution
  • Ensure that Salesforce application design best practices are followed
  • Prepare solution design document and Technical Design documentation
  • Conduct technical design and application code reviews and ensure successful deployment of the FSL solution
  • Ensure technical product compliance (cyber security, release process, documentation, testing, etc.)

 

Qualifications

Required skill:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT- 2+ years of experience as a Solution or Application Architect in Salesforce Service Cloud / Field Service Application)
  • Expert understanding of Salesforce Field Service Lightning
  • Understanding of Enterprise & Salesforce-specific integration design patterns
  • Expert understanding of the Salesforce development platform and best practices
  • Expert understanding of the Salesforce Data Model and how to extend it

Desired skill:

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant
  • Field Service Lightning experience and Field Service Lightning trailhead badge
  • Have worked in an agile environment and with Agile methodologies
  • Previous experience in digital transformation, product development
