You will join Vestas' expanding Shared Services Center in Manila, which is a strategic priority to keep our undisputed market-leading role in wind power intact. We, as the Global IT organization, are accountable for digitalizing our operations by enabling the business to harvest Vestas' know-how throughout the value chain, while focusing on E2E synergies. Joining our growing team will provide an opportunity to influence the fundamental shifts that we intend to take, to scale up the transition to renewable energy sources.


Reporting to the Sales & Marketing department, which is responsible for advising our Business Units on technology that supports Commercial and Service processes. We are currently 6 professionals with extensive international experience, who are always ready to share knowledge as we work together. With our main tool, Salesforce, we solve complex business situations effectively and provide seamless service to our internal stakeholders. Your primary area of responsibility is within the technical development and maintenance of our Salesforce solutions. On the way, you will work closely with Business Partners and Product Owners, by being the interface between them. Therefore, your tasks will entail

  • Grooming and evaluating business requirements from key stakeholders
  • Aligning and interacting with Product Owners to discover/overcome technical bottlenecks at an early stage
  • Providing support in release management and consequent testing
  • Validating our digital solutions globally, to ensure that what we develop is scalable
  • Monitoring relevant processes, ensuring that our digital offerings are meeting quality and cybersecurity standards, and optimizing platform performance
  • Acting as a credible touchpoint for troubleshooting, who can also escalate immediately to the right person, if required
  • Providing support in building business cases for integrating our IT offerings throughout Marketing, Sales, and Service areas



We envision that you have a relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT - or will graduate in the upcoming months - combined with some of the following points;

  • Previous experience in digital transformation, product development, or translating user stories to feasible IT solutions
  • Previous experience in monitoring and optimizing processes, and conducting related root cause analysis
  • Previous experience in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver an IT solution, troubleshooting issues on the way, and aligning priorities
  • You work well in acting as an interface between IT and business
  • You are structured and can cope with running test versions and quality checks, with high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a multinational organization or participating in an exchange program throughout your education
  • Previous Salesforce experience or other CRM solutions
  • Have worked in an agile environment and with Agile methodologies
  • Can write and structure code in any programming language
