SOC Manager - APAC

The Security Operations Center's mission is to detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents in real-time. you will be joining a diverse culture you will work closely with experienced Cyber specialists.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 24/7 operations to ensure optimal identification/resolution of security incidents
• Provide direction, leadership, and management of SOC personnel
• Conduct mentoring to ensure staff are current with the latest threats and incident response techniques
• Develop and maintain an incident response management program that is aligned with the NIST framework
• Ensure SOC policies and procedures are followed
• Oversee the collection, documentation, and research of security incidents
• Deliver the continuous service improvement program for SOC processes
• Ensure KPI compliances, process adherence, and process improvement to meet operational expectations
• Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations, and presentation to Management
• Providing CISO/Senior Management with a realistic overview of risks and threats in the enterprise environment
• Establish SOC performance goals and priorities
• Administer performance reviews for SOC personnel

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Managing/handling SOC
• 5+ years experience in Information Security, Engineering, Incident Response, SOC
• Knowledge of relevant frameworks such as ISO27001/2, NIS2, NIST, SOC2
• Good experience of SIEM, EDR, Threat Intelligence, IAM, IDS/IPS
• Advanced knowledge of best practice standards and procedures regarding data security and infrastructure security
• Ability to prioritize and drive results with a high emphasis on quality
• Good time management and leadership skills
• Good communication skills
